I am directed by the Master of the Mint to request that you would have the goodness to cause the sum of Nine Hundred and seventy six pounds seven Shillings and five pence (£976.7.5) to be placed to the credit of his Cash Account at the Bank of England, to reimburse the expenses incurred by the Mint in the execution of the Silver and Bronze Coinage for the Government of Hong Kong under letter from the Crown Agents for the Colonies, dated 15 November 1865.
